  • By when do I pay the downpayment to book the equipment

    If your trip is confirmed would advise to pay immediately to confirm booking and guarantee equipment availability

  • Is the equipment clean

    Yes all equipment gets checked, cleaned and repacked after each rental

  • What if am travelling and will only use the equipment for x nights but will take for y night

    Honestly is the best policy and the business is based on trust so would charge for any additional night at half the rate if equipment will not get used

  • Where do I pick the equipement

    From our premisis at kifaru kampers in Karen near Hardy Police station. You can google map or contact us and will send you the pin location

  • Can you setup the equipment for us

    Yes we can at an added cost based on location of setup and size of event

  • Do you guys deliver

    Yes we can at an added cost

  • What if we receive faulty equipment

    Please contact us immediately and send pictures. We will try our best to replace the item immeditaley

  • What happens if we damage the equipment

    We will contact you and ask you to pay for either its repair or replacement. Again this is based on trust and we hope the client understands.

  • Can someone show us how to pitch the tents before we take them

    Yes we can but please request this service prior to pick up so we can have men planned

  • What kind of toilets do you have

    Dry toilets. Meaning you dig a 4 feet hole and put the toilet seat on top. Would have toilet paper and sanitizer only.

  • What kind of showers do you have

    Shower unit is a bucket with a tap and shower knob at one end. You would fill the bucket with water and hang the bucket

  • Can I rent equipment for international travel?

    Our rentals are currently limited to within Kenya. We do not support international rentals at this time.

  • Do you guys sell equipment

    Yes we do sell used equipment please check our for sale tab on whats available for sale

  • Can I return on Sunday or public holdays

    Yes you can

    Not yet we are working on that platform

  • How far in advance should I book the equipment?

    We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfers, mobile money and cash

  • Is a deposit required when booking?

    Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon equipment collection.

  • Can I extend my rental period?

    Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to availability. Additional charges will apply.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Booking fee is non-refundable but will remain as credit for future bookings.

  • What if we return the equipment late?

    Late returns will be charged an additional fee based on the daily rental rate.

  • Do you provide insurance for the rented equipment?

    No, we do not provide insurance for the rented equipment. Customers are responsible for the equipment's care during the rental period.

  • Can I customize my rental package?

    Yes, we offer customization options to fit your specific needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • Can I modify my booking after it has been confirmed?

    Yes, you can modify your booking, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

  • What if we need to cancel due to bad weather?

    We understand that weather conditions can affect your plans. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule or provide a suitable solution.

  • Can I rent additional accessories like coolers or lanterns separately?

    Yes, additional accessories are rented separately. Please check our website for a full list of available accessories.

  • What if I lose a piece of equipment?

    In case of lost equipment, you will be charged the replacement cost of the item.

  • Are there any age restrictions for renting equipment?

    Yes, renters must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.
